Hi, I’m your trainer, Koal!
I believe health is wealth, and we all need to prioritize nutrition and exercise. With that said, I know it is easier said than done.
Growing up, I was the skinny kid, and I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a single pound. I had insecurities about my body but was interested in the human body and physical activity.
Everything changed when I pursued Exercise and Sports Science at University, where I also trained alongside personal trainers and bodybuilders. I used all of that knowledge and experience to build the body I am proud of today.
The human body is an amazing thing. After my own transformation, I found a passion for helping others discover their potential through health and fitness.
Now, I train those ready to unlock their happiest, healthiest, and sexiest selves.
